The Founding Partners have decades of experience in financial services, business development, and strategic leadership across the EMEA region. They have built and managed businesses in complex markets, combining corporate experience with entrepreneurial vision and execution.

The Partners have held positions of Chairman, CEO and other C-suite roles for large corporates in Europe and Africa, including Barclays, Vodafone, Lehman Brothers, Deloitte, Fitch Ratings, Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank and Euronext.

They currently hold Board Director and Advisory roles in several large organisations as well as start-ups, giving them a broad perspective of the challenges and opportunities small and large companies face in several industries and markets.
